The History

Eragon has done the seemingly impossible; he has saved the world from the grip of Galbatorix's evil and harsh grip. Now, having freed the world from tyranny, Eragon seeks to establish an Academy for the re-emerging Dragon Riders. The Academy is new, with only a few initiates that Eragon has termed Cadets, and is constantly being approached by the political forces of the free world with proposition for advancement and protection, along with threats and blackmail. Now, amongst such turmoil and upheaval, Eragon has begun, along with a few loyal and powerful friends, to train the new generation of Dragon Riders how to survive and thrive in the world. Eragon knows that for the world to remain free, these few Riders will have to fight those they once thought friends, those they once loved, and even those they once belonged to. Their only hope for survival is each other and their dragons. How will the world evolve around the changes? Will the new Riders succeed in bringing further peace to the world? Or will some succumb to the guile of a few nobles and plunge the world into darkness yet again?
